You can schedule appointments online, by phone, or in person. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for advance notice to better serve all our clients and ensure timely care for everyone.

3. Payments and Insurance

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. 

  • We accept multiple payment methods. 
  • Insurance coverage may be accepted depending on your insurance provider. 
    It’s your responsibility to verify insurance benefits and coverage before your visit. 

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy is a priority. All personal and medical information shared with Bridge Health is protected and handled in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information and high-quality services, Bridge Health is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our website or services, except were prohibited by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state(s) where Bridge Health operates.

7. Text Messaging and Notifications

When you opt in to receive text messages from Bridge Health, you are agreeing to receive recurring automated messages about your care, appointment reminders, and occasional updates. 

  • Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us. 
  • Automated messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system to the phone number you provided when signing up. 
  • Bridge Health also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent. 
  • Message and data rates may apply. 
  • Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. 
  • Your consent to receive marketing or informational texts is not a condition for receiving care or services from Bridge Health. 
  • You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP.” 
    Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive texts from us. 
If you want to opt back in, simply sign up again using the same process as before.

Services Provided

Bridge Health offers mental health services, including evaluations, therapy, medication management, and wellness guidance. Services are provided by licensed clinicians and are intended for patients aged 6 and older.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. All personal health information is protected under HIPAA guidelines.
We will not share your information without your consent, except as required by law.

Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may result in a fee.

Payments and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Bridge Health
accepts most major insurance plans. Patients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.

Medication Management

Medication is prescribed based on clinical evaluation and patient need. Refills require proper follow-up appointments.Please request refills at least 72 hours before running out of medication

Emergency Policy

Bridge Health does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a crisis or life-threatening emergency,please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to provide accurate health information, follow treatment recommendations,
and maintain respectful communication with staff and clinicians.

Bridge Health reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated to patients and updated on our website.
